LINE-X Franchise Development Corp. has named Michael Babiarz vice president of business development, a newly-created position to expand the company’s industrial coatings operations. With more than 15 years experience in aftermarket sales and management, Babiarz previously spent six years with Rhino Linings as industrial sales manager.
